Addressing Overweight and Obesity

Being in a healthy weight range provides a quality of life, good physical abilities and good mental health. Girudala educates people on the good and bad things they eat, portion control,
the role physical activity plays in a healthy life and balancing your food intake.

Chronic Disease Management

Without treatment or a good prevention program, Chronic disease can greatly decrease quality of life and lead to premature death or extreme illness. Girudala promotes good eating habits and helps to introduce physical activity to prevent or manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke, cancer and obesity.

Nutrition Education

Good nutrition is essential for the normal growth and physical development of infants and children as well as good health of adults. Girudala works with individuals to give them the skills to understand what is actually in food and encourage long term lifestyle change and promote healthy choices in the food they eat. If you are experiencing difficulty with nutrition issues please don't hesitate to contact Kat Ive.
